This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscription services provided by Global Support Group Ltdfor the Global Supply Chain Intelligence newsletter. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans:

  • Individual Plan: $149 per month – Single subscriber access
  • Corporate Plan: $499 per month – Up to 5 team subscribers

All subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

2Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and subscription details.

Cancellation Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive the newsletter until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No Cancellation Fees: There are no fees or penalties for cancelling your subscription.

3Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

Refund Requests After 14 Days: After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day guarantee window.

Corporate Plan Refunds: The same 14-day money-back guarantee applies to Corporate Plan subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted by the primary account holder.

Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
  • Subscribers who have previously received a refund under this policy
  • Violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy
